Smith's WebsiteIn His Grip!! | ||

This is a message that I heard Bro. Isaac Johns, pastor of Coosawatee Baptist Church, preach sometime last year. I pray that our lives speak of these stones and that one day our children, co-workers, friends, and others might ask about them giving us the opportunity to share what God has done for us! In His Grip, Jonathan Smith |
Precious Memory StonesI pray that we have some stones that people might ask, "What are they there for?" STONE OF SALVATION - A place where the Lord brought you out of Egypt (a type of the world) STONE OF FORGIVENESS - A place where God took away the condemnation that was sealed upon you. STONE OF FAITH - A place where you put your whole trust in God to do all things in and through Him. STONE OF LOVE - A place where we love the way God loves: Husbands, Wives, Children, Masters, Servants, etc. STONE OF PRAYER - A stone that leaves a permanent mark where God came through for you time and time again. STONE OF PRAISE - A place where you always have praise indwelling in you heart. That is when you feel like it and when you don’t feel like it! STONE OF FIRMNESS - A place where you stand for God no matter what comes your way! STONE OF FAMILY ALTAR - A place where God is the head of the home. This will determine what type and strength of your home. STONE OF SEPARATION - A place where we decide to distinguish ourselves from this present world. A place where we get further and further away from the world. STONE OF STONE OF CORRECTION - A place where we keep ourselves clean and in God’s will. A place where we also learn to fear God! STONE OF COURAGE - A place where we will stand for God without thinking about quitting, and not worrying about how big our foes are. STONE OF FAITHFULNESS - A place where we are accountable and dependable in God’s service. A place where our testimony is put to test. |
